Are your products eco-friendly?
We'd like it if our little ones can grow up on a greener planet so we do our best to help it get that way. We print using vegetable-based inks onto FSC Certified papers, our wooden products are created with environmentally-friendly FSC Certified birch plywood and all of our packaging is either recycled, recyclable, biodegradable or compostable. We've written some more here about our sustainability values.
There are tiny flecks on my prints - are they supposed to be there?
As we print onto recycled papers, the finish has flecks of fibres in it - this gives the product an organic, natural feel which is just the way we like it.
Are your products made in the UK?
We are a small online store based in the UK. All of our designs are created by us and we use UK-based suppliers for all our printing and packaging needs.
Do you ship outside of the UK?
We currently only ship to the United Kingdom but do message us if you are looking to place an order and live outside of the UK and we can look into delivery costs for you.
How long will my order take to arrive?
All orders are sent using a Tracked service with Royal Mail and are dispatched within 2 working days with a 2-3 working day delivery time from the day of dispatch.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery costs range from £3.60 to £4.74 for our standard Tracked services (depending on the size of the item(s) ordered). Express 1-2 day delivery is available for a cost of £7.55
How can I track my order?
Once we have shipped your order, we'll send you a dispatch email which will include your tracking number - either click the link or copy and paste that number into Royal Mail's Track & Trace service.
I'm not happy with my order. Can I return it?
This isn't something we'd like to hear but if you've had a change of heart, haven't used the item and it's in the same condition you received it in, no worries. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of receipt if you wish to return an item. Your name and address will need to be included within your return to enable it to be processed. Return postage will need to be a recorded or tracked service - Paper & Bean can't be held responsible for any lost return items. The cost of the return will be the customer's responsibility.
How can I subscribe to your newsletter?
You can sign up to our newsletter by scrolling to the bottom of our homepage and popping your email address in the box bottom right then clicking subscribe. Otherwise, if you're placing an order, just tick the box at checkout to say you'd like to sign up to email marketing.

Where did the name Paper & Bean come from?
Our favourite way to relax at the end of a busy day is sitting with a book or magazine - Paper - and a coffee in hand - Bean. It's as simple as that!
